About Us

MugsyClicks School Photography was established in 1993, when photographer Linda J. Russell first
discovered "school is a great place to photograph kids!" "As a parent and photographer I saw the
opportunity to bring new life to an industry that had turned photography into a generic commodity product
focused on price and school service products at the expense of our children." Linda's commitment to
bringing the local child photographer back into the schools is rooted in a belief that all children deserve to
have a quality portrait and since 2006 she has focused entirely on creating a company committed to
providing parents with professional photography at school photography pricing.

Jarreau Cross expanded the MugsyClicks vision when
he entered the family business in 2009. Jarreau now
leads the charge in photographer field training and
sales support.

Our hard work paid off when we were chosen to participate in the Fall 2015
National Cohort of the 10,000 Small Business Program at Babson College.

It was a very exciting few days when MugsyClicks founder, Linda Russell, presented
her vision of "changing school photography" before an "American Idol" style jury of
business experts and more than 675 business owners and was chosen as an
